MARION, Ohio ( 7-07-2007 ) – Scott Blackford, vice president of sales and marketing at TODCO, recently announced the promotion of Jay Sloan to customer service manager. In his new position, Sloan is responsible for overseeing the administration of the customer service department, including telephone support and data entry.

Sloan began his career at TODCO in 2002 as an assembler, and later held data entry and order detailing positions with the company. In 2004 he was promoted to customer service representative, assisting with the ISO certification application process. He earned a Six Sigma Green Belt from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Sloan resides in Marion with his wife and two sons.
