With the WeatherTite door, you get specially designed Pop Brand® rivets that are far stronger than standard rivets. They have a grip that holds under even the most severe wear and conditions.

Tests show the WeatherTite rivets increase mandrel head retention by 40%. Mandrel head retention is the amount of force it takes to push the retained portion from the rivet body. Even under 830 lbs. of pressure in a shear test, the rivets stayed tight and secure. So you can forget any worries about WeatherTite rivets pulling out or loosening.
